I am an entrepreneur, a mother, a friend, and an avid volunteer. South Florida is home since 1997. Before that, I had lived on 3 continents, in 6 countries, and in 10 different cities. I was born in the French West Indies, I attended boarding school in France and college in the USA. Before becoming a Realtor®, I had a career with Merrill Lynch International and later worked in my family's business. I am a Past President of both the Charity Guild of Fort Lauderdale and Women Owning Wellness (a Holy Cross Hospital Fundraising group). I enjoy volunteering for women and kids-focused charities and have served on boards for both the Junior League of Miami and Ft Lauderdale, as well as on the parent board of my children's school.
Buying and selling real estate are not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. Here are some of the things I can do for you:
Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I have raised my children in Fort Lauderdale and have lived here since 2001. I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home.
Sell Your Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will stay on task, advertise your home, show it to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange to finance, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
